We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in the Czech Republic. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, helping attract and hire top talent to accelerate the growth of VYNCKE. You‘ll report to the HR Manager.

ABOUT THE JOB

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by balancing immediate needs with long-term talent strategy.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and select external recruitment partners when needed.
• Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews, using profile testing to evaluate candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and represent VYNCKE at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

ABOUT YOU

We imagine our ideal candidate would:

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social sciences, or have equivalent experience.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in recruiting for engineering functions.
• Have knowledge of the common recruitment methods and interview techniques.
• Have very good communication skills with proactive and result-driven mindset.
• Be fluent in Czech and English.
