Our Client: Japanese International High-Tech Automotive comany in Praha looking for Sales Support Specialist

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in international team in Automotive company.

Location: Praha 5 Czech

Duties:

• - Perform collection of data and checks of sales and logistics related reports (i.e.
• sales data, stock, prices, exchange rate) based on Sales Engineer’s instructions.
• - Collect data and create documents and reports related to goods import.
• - Collect data relevant to environmental reports and similar CZ, EU requirements.
• - Create price quotations.
• - Communicate with customers and suppliers and follow up on deadlines.
• - Support customers’ requests.
• - Prepare presentations based on instructions and take meeting minutes.
• - Support and cooperate with Quality Assurance Engineer when necessary.
• - Research updates in the market and new regulations.
• - Ad hoc. sales related tasks.
• - Ideas to improve internal systems are welcome.

Requirements for a suitable candidate:

• - Fluent in English and Czech
• - Finished university degree
• - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel (e.g. use of pivot tables)
• and PowerPoint
• - Ability to process different kind of data
• - Better to have experience in Sales related field (B2B,manufacturing/purchasing)
• - Experience with making Quotations (RFQ)
• - Attention to detail
• - Great organizing skills
• - Great communication skill – a good starting position to grow up in Sales department
• - Work as a part of the team
