Team Leadership - Business & Client Development - Operations

How you will contribute

• You will lead and inspire the store sales team in achieving targeted sales and KPIs.

• You will create a positive work environment and take part in the training, evaluation, motivation and development of the staff

• You will be responsible for the boutique stock management and implement stock audits effectively

• Provide high quality of service to VIC customers by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and products

• Follow the high standards of VALENTINO brand and be in charge of visual merchandising

• Provide constant feedback on client activity and market trends

• You will be involved in organizing events for clients

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive Boutique management retail experience preferably in luxury (minimum 3 years of related experience is an advantage)

• Excellent management and organizational skills, natural talent for motivating and developing a team

• Strong results orientation and sales skills

• Excellent sense of customer service

• Genuine interest and passion for fashion and styling, knowledge of current trends

• High level of flexibility, enthusiastic approach

• Fluent in Czech and English

• Great written and verbal communication skills
