We are seeking an experienced and highly driven General Manager - Sales to drive renewed growth to our Czech business.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute corporate plans in line with defined strategy and objectives.
• Lead sales initiatives, ensuring strong product knowledge and driving acquisition of new affiliates and members.
• Set marketing goals, oversee campaigns, and promote the company’s products awareness.
• Support digital transformation projects to modernize sales and improve operations efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications & Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in direct sales.
• Fluency in Czech and English at a professional business level (both spoken and written).
• Advanced computer literacy.
