We’re growing and currently looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to strengthen our internal operations and ensure smooth purchasing, logistics, and data management.
What You'll Do in Solarity?
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will:
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in our K2 ERP system based on supplier contracts.
- Oversee existing POs, including tracking deliveries, handling ETA changes, and resolving quantity discrepancies upon warehouse arrival.
- Coordinate inbound logistics for the UA region and ensure cost-effective and timely transport solutions.
- Keep internal teams up to date with accurate ETAs and shipment statuses.
- Manage data entry for e-shop products (descriptions, photos, datasheets) and maintain precise records in ERP for smooth order tracking.
- Prepare and provide flash reports.
- Collaborate with HQ purchasing and sales teams to evaluate supplier offers, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to prevent disruptions and improve performance.
- Take ownership of daily operational problem-solving, including damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.
We're Seeking a Candidate Who:
- Has previous experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management (it is a big advantage, not a must).
- Is resilient, detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Communicates effectively in English as well as in Ukrainian (both written and spoken).
- Can work comfortably with ERP systems and is skilled in data entry and reporting.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and can handle multiple priorities at once.
- Is a team player who values collaboration but can also work independently and take initiative.
- Is motivated by sustainability and wants to contribute to a greener future.
