As a Logistics and Transport Coordination Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our customers in various projects by managing the end-to-end logistics of vehicle and component transport.

Possible tasks in this role

• Coordinating domestic and international transport of:

• Design models, prototypes, prototype parts, test vehicles, and materials

• Managing transport requests in the technical development logistics system (TESOP)

• Selecting and commissioning transport providers

• Planning optimal transport routes and selecting appropriate vehicle types

• Handling hazardous materials transport (ADR compliance)

• Preparing and managing transport and customs documentation

• Organizing courier shipments and internal transport

• Conducting preliminary tenders and obtaining price quotations

• Creating and approving purchase proposals

• Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and quality standards

Qualification requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport logistics, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector

• Proficient in logistics systems (e.g., TESOP) and Microsoft Office tools

• Strong understanding of customs and hazardous goods transport regulations
