For our client - international Shared Service Centre, we are looking for a candidate for a position of Office Administrator / Receptionist. An ideal candidate will speak Czech, English and Russian language and will support a smaller team of company department.
Key activities:
- Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions;assigning and monitoring clerical functions
- Planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Implementing of office policies by establishing standards and procedures
- Reporting - summarizing and analyzing of data for management
- Coordination and scheduling of different bookings, appointments, etc.
- Handling employees inquiries and complaints
- Making sure that working environment is safe and secure
- Co-operation with other administrators of the company, sharing the work duties in commonshared file
Qualifications required:
- Position is suitable for students.
- High school diploma with approx. 1 years of administrative experience
- Knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (especially Excel)
- Czech language skills (min. C1); Russian and English min. B2 level
- Flexibility and reliability
- Team player and sense for responsibility
