About Us

EGSTON System Electronic is a dynamic manufacturing company with over 500 employees, delivering technical solutions for the automotive and industrial sectors since 1991. Our products – cable harnesses, sensors, coils, and plastic components – are found in vehicles, machinery, and household appliances.

In 2025, we are moving to a brand-new production facility in Dyje near Znojmo, enabling further growth and offering a modern working environment.

Position Summary
As a Strategic Purchasing Specialist, you will ensure smooth production operations through effective procurement strategies and supplier management. You will collaborate with suppliers, production, and customer service, manage material flows, and respond to changing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct international supplier searches and delivery assessments
• Negotiate prices and contracts responsibly
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies
• Analyze international procurement markets
• Cooperate with international locations
• Maintain and improve delivery performance and quality
• Identify alternative sourcing opportunities (2nd source strategy)
• Manage supplier agreements (framework, consignment, etc.)
• Maintain pricing and conditions in ERP systems
• Support operational purchasing and logistics optimization

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma in economics or technical field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic technical understanding
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• English language skills (spoken and written) at B2 level
