Too Faced Cosmetics is looking for a Brand Ambassador (Makeup Artist) to electrify our retail floor in Prague. You’ll deliver expert makeup services, tailored product recommendations, and joyful, best-in-class customer experiences—while hitting sell-through and KPI targets.

What you’ll do :

• Perform quick looks and mini-makeovers that showcase techniques and new launches.
• Drive sales: convert traffic, build baskets, and hit daily/weekly targets.
• Personalize recommendations across complexion, eyes, lips, and tools.
• Maintain immaculate merchandising, testers, hygiene, and stock standards.
• Be the voice of Too Faced: playful, inclusive, empowering.

What you’ll bring :

• Retail beauty or makeup artistry experience (counter, boutique, or freelance).
• Strong sales mindset and confidence working to KPIs.
• Excellent communication in English and Czech, with a warm, positive energy.
