We are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Prague, which will serve as a strategic hub for our operations across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
To support our growing team in Prague, we are currently seeking an Team Assistant in part-time.
Your main responsibilities include:
Financial Management:
- Process payments and receipts.
- Manage bills and administrative expenses.
Office Management:
- Oversee office supplies, cleanliness, and organization.
- Handle communication with vendors and building management.
- Manage documents and compliance tasks.
Event, Travel, and Hospitality Coordination:
- Plan and organize team and client events.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and dining reservations.
What You Will Bring:
- Fluency in both Czech and English
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- A communicative and detail-oriented personality
- The position is also suitable for students
