IT Specialist – Core Business Applications (PLM Focus)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on IT specialist to manage and develop Meopta’s core business applications, with a strong focus on Siemens Teamcenter PLM. You’ll support users, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth integration across CAD, ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer PLM (Teamcenter): users, workflows, BMIDE, EBOM/MBOM
Oversee integrations with CAD/ERP/MES
Support and train users, resolve incidents, maintain documentation
Configure and maintain internal systems (QMS, DMS, intranet, ticketing)
Collaborate on upgrades, testing, and system improvements
Monitor infrastructure, ensure compliance and license management
Requirements:
Experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred) or ERP/MES/QMS
Knowledge of EBOM/MBOM, workflows, change/version control
Technical understanding of databases, servers, and integrations
Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English (B2)
Bonus: scripting (PowerShell/Python), XML/SQL, ISO/IATF experience
