We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Team Leader to join our team supporting one of our key international clients from the financial sector. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that all facility services run safely, efficiently and to the highest standards — while leading your team by example and working closely with the client on day-to-day operations.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate a team delivering soft and technical facility management services
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of cleaning, maintenance and workplace services
• Monitor service quality and compliance with ISS standards and client requirements
• Communicate with the client, contractors and internal departments
• Manage documentation, reporting, budgeting and cost control
• Participate in audits, health & safety activities and regular inspections
• Support and motivate your team, provide feedback and ensure professional development
• Actively look for opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and client satisfaction

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a similar role within facility management or building operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Practical knowledge of cleaning, maintenance or related facility services
• Ability to organize, prioritize and make decisions independently
• Positive and proactive approach with attention to detail
• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Teams)
