About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across global IT service categories to support business objectives.
Manage procurement projects with clear scope, timelines, and resource alignment.
Analyze value chains and apply cost modeling to identify optimization opportunities.
Drive financial discussions and structure complex deals with ecosystem partners.
Monitor compliance across procurement processes and implement corrective actions.
Apply risk management strategies to identify, evaluate, and mitigate sourcing risks.
Maintain and improve procurement tools, content, and automation systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align demand with cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Execute negotiations using tailored strategies to achieve optimal supplier agreements.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence specifications for added value.
Essential Requirements:
University or master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing within IT services in a multinational environment.
Proven ability to manage global supplier negotiations and senior stakeholder relationships.
Strong project management skills with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
Experience working in virtual teams and with remote stakeholders across geographies.
Deep understanding of multinational business operations and procurement culture.
High level of independence, self-motivation, and ownership.
Curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn and grow professionally.
