We're looking for a seasoned and dynamic HR Manager to lead our team at our state-of-the-art plant in Hustopeče, Czech Republic.
In this pivotal role, you will be a key member of the plant's management team, helping to shape our business strategy and drive our high-performance culture. As the leader of the HR team, you will manage the full HR lifecycle, from strategic recruitment and onboarding to performance management and legal compliance. Your expertise will be key to shaping our workforce and ensuring a positive, productive environment where everyone can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the HR team to effectively support all plant employees and managers.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the entire hiring process and design programs to smoothly integrate new employees.
Employee Relations: Handle all employee concerns, promoting open communication and a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Oversee performance systems, working with managers to support employee development.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR practices align with Czech labor laws and develop policies that support our organizational goals.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation packages and benefits programs.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience as an HR professional in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Czech labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and fluency in both Czech and English.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
