We’re looking for a junior B2B Customer Service Specialist to be based in our facility in Čejč while working for our French headquarters.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customer contacts.
- Monitor and analyze changes in customer orderbooks; proactively alert customers and factories to any discrepancies.
- Serve as the vital link between customer logistics, factory scheduling, and the sales team.
- Order & Delivery Management
- Manage daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Fluent English (B2), advanced French or German (B1) is a big PLUS.
- Prior experience in administration (1 year), ideally B2B in a logistics or manufacturing setting.
- Strong ERP system skills (SAP or similar).
- Excellent time management, proactive mindset, and ability to learn quickly.
- A customer-focused and results-driven attitude.
- General proficiency in administrative and clerical tasks.
- Willingness to travel abroad for training in France.
