We’re looking for a junior B2B Customer Service Specialist to be based in our facility in Čejč while working for our French headquarters.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customer contacts.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in customer orderbooks; proactively alert customers and factories to any discrepancies.
  • Serve as the vital link between customer logistics, factory scheduling, and the sales team.
  • Order & Delivery Management
  • Manage daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent English (B2), advanced French or German (B1) is a big PLUS.
  • Prior experience in administration (1 year), ideally B2B in a logistics or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong ERP system skills (SAP or similar).
  • Excellent time management, proactive mindset, and ability to learn quickly.
  • A customer-focused and results-driven attitude.
  • General proficiency in administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Willingness to travel abroad for training in France.
