The Role

We’re searching for an Employer Branding Lead — someone who knows how to make noise in the tech community, build a standout employer brand, and drive impactful hiring strategies.

Your playground will be the Czech tech scene — where you’ll connect, engage, and make us the go-to employer for engineers and innovators. You’ll also take our story to international markets, ensuring we stand out globally. You’ll drive our brand and community impact hands-on, partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to deliver high-value outcomes. You may also take on direct leadership of a small team impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Community & Brand: Put us on the map in the Czech tech community: events, meet-ups, partnerships, campaigns, and authentic conversations.
  • Employer Branding: Build a talent brand that stands out — shaping our narrative across digital content, storytelling, EVP, culture activation, partnerships, and strategic campaigns.
  • Talent Acquisition: Design and drive hiring strategies in close partnership with hiring managers and recruiters, especially for tech roles.
  • Headhunter Mindset: Know how to identify, approach, and engage top talent (while guiding recruiters on execution).
  • Innovation: Leverage AI, automation, and new tools to innovate in talent attraction and candidate engagement.

Experience & Skills

  • Solid experience in Employer Branding and Talent Attraction, with the ability to think strategically and connect all the moving parts.
  • Comfortable managing budgets and leading cross-team projects
  • Skilled at campaign design and measurement — defining target audiences, setting the right goals, and showing clear results.
  • Deep understanding of what excellent candidate experience looks like and how to create it consistently.
  • A strong network and deep understanding of the tech landscape.
  • International exposure and fluent English.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and tech-curious — someone who makes things happen.
