About the role
We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex information and finding better ways to do everyday work. In this role, you’ll help improve how our HR People Services processes and manage knowledge across the globe.
You’ll work with colleagues from different HR areas (like HRIS, HRIT, and Rewards) and help us make our processes clearer, smarter, and more efficient - with a bit of help from technology, including AI.
As a HR Process Improvement Specialist, you will
- Keep our HR knowledge bases and documentation well-organized and easy to use
- Improve how HR information is shared across teams
- Manage and update our internal HR SharePoint sites
- Explore digital tools and AI solutions to make HR work simpler and faster
- Support the Head of Global People Services Processes with improvement projects
- Ensure HR documents, guides, and templates follow clear standards
- Look for practical ways to make our processes better and more consistent
You'll be great at this role if you have
- Previous experience in HR, Business Administration, Information Management, or a similar field
- Previous experience with HR process improvement
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint and Teams
- Good organization skills and an eye for detail
- A proactive mindset and interest in trying new technologies
- Comfortable working both independently and with global teams
