Amarr - a part of ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in opening solutions - is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in our Winston-Salem, NC corporate office. We're looking for a who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on recruiting. This role blends full-cycle recruitment and onboarding with proactive talent pipeline development-making a real impact from day one.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments.

  • Source and engage passive and active candidates using creative outreach strategies.

  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Facilitate offer negotiations and pre-employment processes.

  • Coordinate and deliver new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

  • Contribute to Culture and Inclusion hiring strategies.

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

  • Knowledge of multi-state labor laws strongly preferred.

  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Experience with recruitment marketing and onboarding processes is a plus.

  • Demonstrated decision-making skills and sound judgment.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Our hours are Monday - Thursday from 7:30am - 5:30pm and Fridays 7:30am - 11:30am. We offer a competitive salary based on experience. We are a casual work environment and we understand the value of work-life balance.

Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays from day one, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k plan (with an automatic 3% company contribution, regardless of your contribution) among others. Hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30a-5:30p and Friday 7:30a-11:30a.
