Join our team in Šumperk as an HR Manager and help us create a motivating and people-focused work environment.

MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all HR processes at the Šumperk site, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation
  • Act as a strategic and operational partner to plant management
  • Support recruitment, employee development, and engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee relations matters (performance, absence, disciplinary issues, grievances)
  • Coordinate and implement HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with the international HR team
  • Manage all internal and external HR marketing activities

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant education or proven HR experience (university degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology is an advantage)
  • Proven experience in a similar HR management or HR Business Partner role, ideally in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of Czech labour law
  • Experience managing multiple HR projects
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel;
  • Fluent in Czech and English; other languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany (approx. twice per year)
