About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and supervising operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and quality across departments.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and supervise existing processes
• Measure and control performance metrics
• Identify operational issues and propose effective solutions
• Implement process changes to improve efficiency and/or quality
• Collaborate with management and customers to create new processes
• Calculate and evaluate new process designs
• Develop tools in Excel/Access to support operational departments
• Prepare analytical reports for departments including Inbound, Picking, Outbound, and Stock Control

Requirements

• Solid understanding of warehousing processes
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical Process Engineer role (preferably in logistics)
• Familiarity with IT tools that support process optimization
• Communicative level of English, Czech language level native speaker
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
