At SENZOMATIC, we support sustainable construction by helping owners, developers, architects, insurers, and other stakeholders manage the risk of moisture and mold damage in wooden buildings.

We’re expanding in Central and Eastern Europe, Germany, Austria, Visegrad countries and are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive our growth across the region. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, generating new business opportunities, and helping SENZOMATIC become the go-to solution for moisture and mold risk management in wooden buildings.

This is a highly autonomous role: you’ll be based in Prague but lead sales initiatives across multiple countries in CEE, coordinating closely with our HQ while managing local relationships, outreach, and market development.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving sales and business development across CEE countries

  • Building and maintaining relationships with developers, architects, insurers, and other stakeholders

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities

  • Running introductory calls, product demos, and pilot projects

  • Localizing and adapting marketing and sales materials for specific CEE markets

  • Representing SENZOMATIC at regional industry events and conferences

  • Collaborating with HQ teams (product, marketing, hardware, technical support)

  • Reporting on market insights, sales pipeline, and performance

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in construction, tech, or IoT

  • Strong network or knowledge of CEE construction, property, or insurance markets

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, comfortable working independently

  • Fluency in German, Spoken English and others languages is a plus

  • Based in Prague (hybrid work setup possible)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with IoT, SaaS, or construction technology

  • Understanding of sustainability trends and regulations in the CEE region

  • Track record of market entry or regional sales growth
