Overview
IDC is looking to hire a Senior Sales Operations Specialist. As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the sales organization by driving operational excellence, improving processes, and providing accurate reporting and insights that enable informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and implement tools and processes to improve sales performance and productivity.
• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly sales bookings and performance reports (by product line, geography, and account) in collaboration with Finance.
• Create analytical reports, forecasts, and presentations to support sales planning and decision-making.
• Manage and analyze monthly sales performance data, including commissions and incentive calculations.
• Provide insights on sales team performance, strategic accounts, and revenue trends.
• Support the planning of annual sales cycles, including quota definition, account assignments, and territory planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimize sales management processes.
• Assist with Salesforce implementation and act as a point of support for ongoing system improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or financial reporting.
• Strong skills in Excel and reporting tools; experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and levels.
