A Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation for the Banqueting section, delivering an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.

What will I be doing?
As a Chef de Partie for Banqueting, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Work independently and make effective decisions
• Prepare and present cold and hot dishes for up to 200 people
• Assist in cost control and adapt to different clientele requests
• Demonstrate flexibility to changing needs and requirements
• Apply knowledge of international cuisine; Czech cuisine is an advantage
• Follow guidance and instructions from the line manager
• Support other kitchen departments as needed
• Align with brand standards and maintain consistency
• Supervise and motivate a team
• Ensure food items are of high quality and stored correctly
• Keep all working areas clean, tidy, and free from cross-contamination
• Strictly follow hygiene and food safety rules
• Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues promptly
• Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in training and compliance with company procedures
• Comply with hotel security, fire, health, and safety regulations
• Be environmentally aware
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure

Any other relevant skills or experience will be considered an advantage.
