Responsibilities

  • Leading and developing a sales team consisting of up to 12 people geographically located across Czech Republic
  • Responsible for delivering set monthly, quarterly and annual sales/profitability targets as well as operational/performance KPIs. Results over excuses.
  • Assuming responsibility for properly signed contracts in line with CWS Hygiene corporate financial policies and standards.
  • Developing a Service Mindset Sales Culture to build close relationship with our existing customers and attracting new customers
  • Closely co-operating and communicating with other departments
  • Assuming personal responsibility for TOP 10-20 KA customers
  • Developing both, long term and short-term sales strategies or promotional activities
  • Preparation and presentation of reports and sales forecasts inclusive corrective actions in line with TOP Management requirements and specifications
  • Taking full advantage of systems such as SF/Microsoft Dynamics to administer sales activities, manage performance, forecast, analyze market & business potential, etc.

Qualification

  • Min. 5 years of experience as “Sales Manager”
  • Extensive experience in leading teams, B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and profit goals
  • Proven selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Hands on mentality, able to balance long term strategic goals with short term operations, executions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on getting things done
  • Team player, stress resilient, open minded, results driven
  • Experienced in team development and couching
  • Can successfully manage implementation of actions into practice
  • Strong analytical thinking, capability to translate data into information and information into strategic business actions
  • Candidates with 2 or more references sent in advance are enjoying a strong advantage
