We are looking for a versatile Business Process Controller who will also take ownership of our K2 ERP system administration. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to combine financial controlling with process optimization and ERP system development.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze profitability and cost structure of products.
  • Maintain and develop various calculation modules and perform profitability checks
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with cost center managers and auditors to ensure reporting and compliance.
  • Act as the main contact person for all ERP-related matters.
  • Align company processes with ERP system and lead the development of new modules (e.g. calculation and specification).

Your Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in business controlling, including cost analysis, profitability modeling, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work with complex production and financial data.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (ideally K2),
  • Advanced Excel user – confident in working with formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling; SQL experience is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively across departments.
  • Stress resilience and the ability to perform under pressure.
