Ready to dive into ServiceNow? We're looking for someone to join us as a ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB Specialist! You'll work closely with others to understand what's needed and then make it happen in ServiceNow. From setting up ITOM to keeping the CMDB in top shape, you'll be the go-to person. Plus, you'll get to work with a great team and learn even more about servers and networks along the way!

Your chance

• Collaboration with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB
• Design, develop and configure ITOM and CMDB including Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management
• Configure and maintain CMDB data model, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration item information
• Integration of ServiceNow with other IT Operational platforms using APIs
• Collaboration with cross-functional IT teams to define and implement ITOM and CMDB best practices, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes
• Provision of ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes or enhancements
• Collaboration with other ServiceNow developers and administrators within a virtual team

Your personality

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform and some hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

Skills:

• ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM: Familiarity with CMDB and ITOM functions like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Development and Configuration: Basic skills in ServiceNow development and configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting.
• Integration: Some experience with ServiceNow integration using APIs and web services.
• ITIL Processes: Basic understanding of ITIL processes and best practices related to ITOM and CMDB.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with guidance.
• Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Technical Background: Basic knowledge of server and network architecture is a plus.
• Language: English language proficiency at least at B2 level.
