We’re looking for a Global Expansion & Distributor Manager to drive our international growth - someone who can lead and develop our distributor network, build strong relationships, and open new markets across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
What you’ll do:
Design and execute distribution and expansion strategies for assigned markets, aligned with Kardi Ai’s global commercial goals.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors who share our commitment to innovation and quality.
Set sales targets, KPIs, and growth plans for each partner and ensure consistent performance.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners - organize business reviews, drive joint initiatives, and ensure mutual growth.
Coordinate local marketing activities, product trainings, and presentations for distributors and their customers (hospitals, clinics, cardiologists).
Support tenders and key customer projects, acting as the main commercial contact.
Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and service SLAs in line with company strategy.
Deliver regular performance reports and market insights, identifying new opportunities for growth.
Keep an eye on market trends, competition, and local regulations to help shape the expansion strategy.
Work closely with our Marketing, Product, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure smooth product launches and local compliance.
What you’ll bring:
A university degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in international B2B sales of medical devices or healthcare technologies.
At least 3 years managing distributors or key accounts across several countries.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution - you can plan big and deliver on details.
Confident working with data (reporting, market analysis, pipeline management).
Familiarity with medical device regulations (MDR, market registration) is a plus.
Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
Proactive, independent, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship builder.
Willingness to travel (about 30-40% of the time).
A team player who can motivate and inspire partners to perform at their best.
