Group HR Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced Group HR Business Partner to join a successful international real estate investment and development company headquartered in Prague. The company operates across 11 European countries and combines stability, ambition, and a people-first culture built on integrity, teamwork, and excellence. ????
This is a key role partnering with senior business leaders and functional heads across multiple countries. You will act as a trusted advisor, drive talent and culture initiatives, and contribute to shaping the company’s people strategy on a group level.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders (Country Managing Directors, Group Heads, key talents) in all people-related areas
- Lead proactive talent planning, sourcing, and selection processes across countries
- Drive and enhance talent management, performance, development, and reward processes
- Manage entire employee life cycle processes and employee experience: on-boarding, performance, development, reward as well as exit
- Build and promote company culture and values
- Identify key competencies and learning needs, implement impactful development programs
- Continuously improve HR systems and processes to support business goals
What will help you succeed:
- Full HR (BP/Mgr) experience in dynamic, performance-oriented environment preferably on Group or Regional level
- Talent Acquisition expertise, preferably in a complex multi-country fast growth environment, expertise in other HR areas as a strong advantage
- International experience in performance management (managing over/under-performance, exposure to multi-country labour law/ different culture context)
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into effective HR initiatives
- Confident, balanced communication and influencing skills – able to challenge constructively and build trusted relationships
- Excellent organization skills, proactive and solution-oriented approach ????
- Fluent Czech/Slovak and English (both written and spoken); German is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 1 week per quarter) ✈️
