Controller (Junior)

Main Mission :

The Controller is a member of the Controlling team, responsible for providing analytical support to the production department. The role focuses on collecting, processing, and interpreting data to improve production efficiency, enhance decision-making processes, and contribute to overall company performance. This position is also suitable for a motivated university student interested in data, production, and controlling.

Key Responsibilities:

Collection and analysis of production data (e.g. efficiency, times, volumes).

Preparation of reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Cooperation with the Controlling team and the Production department.

Supporting management decisions through analytical outputs.

Participation in improvement projects within the production environment.

Skills / Experiences Required:

Required completed secondary education, university student or graduate preferred (economic or technical field).

Ability to work with data – advanced MS Excel.

Basic knowledge of Power BI or another BI tool is an advantage.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

English proficiency sufficient for reading documentation.
