Swiss Exams is a leading organisation in exam management, representing globally recognised language exams such as Cambridge, Goethe, IELTS, and more. We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist (50–60%) to join our Marketing Team in Brno, working closely with our Marketing Manager in Switzerland.

Your role

You’ll play a key part in promoting Swiss Exams’ services and products across Switzerland and beyond. This role combines creativity and structure and is perfect for someone who enjoys social media, newsletters, and marketing coordination in an international setting.

Your main responsibilities

Social Media:

  • Plan, create, and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop content strategies and monthly calendars aligned with campaigns.
  • Support campaign coordination and monitor analytics to improve performance.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication with internal and external partners.

Newsletter:

  • Create, design, and send bi-monthly newsletters and campaign emails via Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Write, edit, and localise content in English, German, and French.
  • Manage contact lists, segmentation, visuals (Canva), and reporting.

Content & Coordination:

  • Update and maintain website content with the Marketing Manager and SEO/SEA Specialist.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with agencies and partners, assist in reporting, and propose improvements.

Your profile

  • Education or experience in Marketing, Communication, or a related field; basic SEO knowledge.
  • Excellent English (C1+), German an advantage.
  • Strong skills in social media, newsletter marketing, CMS, Canva, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot) is an asset.
  • Creative, organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Based in or near Brno, available 20–24 hours/week.
