As an HR Specialist, you will support HR operations across the Czech Republic. Your main responsibility will be to ensure smooth HR processes, data accuracy in correspondence to Czech Labour Code as well as other Labour legislations and continuous improvement through HR analytics and process optimization.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide HR and labor law support to employees and managers
- Cooperate with agencies focusing on outsourcing
- Coordinate outsource agency workforce administration, including documentation, attendance, and invoicing
- Manage personnel records, HR databases and other processes concerning HR analytics & administration
- Prepare and verify payroll data
- Create regular HR reports and analyses (headcount, absenteeism, bonuses, KPIs).
- Develop automation tools to improve HR efficiency (reporting, trainings, medical checks, etc.)
- Contribute to building a strong company culture and safety awareness
Requirements:
- Experience in HR administration, reporting, or data analysis
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel; experience with HRIS or attendance systems (e.g., ANeT) is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Czech labor law and HR processes
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach, ability to work independently
- Fluent Czech and good command of English
