We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. This is a central role that bridges customer service, sales support, HR administration, and office management — ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to person for getting things done.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers, manage office and HR processes, and support day-to-day operational excellence across the company.

Key responsibilities

Customer & Operations Support

  • Manage customer and operations support to ensure smooth daily workflows
  • Create and maintain accurate data in our systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms
  • Input sales orders for both small and large customers


Office Administration & Vendor Management

  • Oversee general office administration including refreshments, supplies, and small purchases
  • Process purchase orders and invoices accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, office space, hotels)
  • Support Health & Safety compliance and maintain relevant documentation


HR & Recruitment Support

  • Track attendance and prepare monthly payroll data
  • Process expense reports for leadership team members
  • Support recruitment activities, including posting roles, sourcing candidates, initial screenings, and interview coordination
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding documentation and processes


Travel & Logistics Coordination

  • Manage travel bookings, accommodations, and related logistics for the team

About You

You’re a detail-oriented multitasker who enjoys supporting a busy team. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or HR coordination
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
