What would be your main tasks?

  • Draft written materials, prepare presentations and communicate with employee;
  • Responsible for conveying an company´s internal and external messages ensuring relevant, clear & attractive communication (all graphic, print and digital material) as poster;
  • Create material as flyers, brochures, magazines, kakemonos, banners, flags, clothing & promotional items, posters, logos, icons, web content;
  • Create promotional videos: filming, editing and finalizing individually or in cooperation with others;
  • Create informative and “call to action” content, press releases, articles to share our company´s brand, values and services;
  • Responsible for internal and external social medias;
  • Support organizational actions related to HR and Operations;
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build employee loyalty, brand awareness and employee satisfaction;
  • Cooperation within a small communication team of Graphic Designers and Social Media Content creators (a few hours a week) - Delegation of tasks, design and copywriting controls.

What do we expect?

  • Fluency in English (C1/C2), knowledge of French language is an advantage;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills;
  • Technical mandatory skills: Canva or Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere (or an alternative editing software) and Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with social media;
  • Previous experience within communication area is mandatory;
  • Individual approach, problems solving, flexibility, good prioritization of skills and understanding of company.

Tasks as 1st round will be put in place, and one on one meetings will be given after to the pre-selected candidates as 2nd round.
