Your contribution to our company
- Daily local and remote user support through a ticketing system
- Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Supporting desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and other user terminals, including their accessories
- Installing and maintaining desktop software
- Managing centralized distribution and inventory of hardware and software
- Maintaining and managing network services and infrastructure
- Deploying infrastructure components
- Providing support in the area of network infrastructure, including working with switches, routers, and network protocols
What matters to us
- Basic to advanced knowledge of managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems, including user and device management
- Good understanding of network infrastructure, including working with switches, routers, and network protocols
- Familiarity with commonly used online services and communication tools
- Ability to communicate clearly in Czech and English; knowledge of German is an advantage
- A valid category B driver’s license and willingness to occasionally travel within the region
- A proactive approach, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and strong communication abilities
