Your contribution to our company

  • Daily local and remote user support through a ticketing system 
  • Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity 
  • Supporting desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and other user terminals, including their accessories 
  • Installing and maintaining desktop software 
  • Managing centralized distribution and inventory of hardware and software 
  • Maintaining and managing network services and infrastructure 
  • Deploying infrastructure components 
  • Providing support in the area of network infrastructure, including working with switches, routers, and network protocols 

What matters to us

  • Basic to advanced knowledge of managing Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems, including user and device management 
  • Good understanding of network infrastructure, including working with switches, routers, and network protocols 
  • Familiarity with commonly used online services and communication tools 
  • Ability to communicate clearly in Czech and English; knowledge of German is an advantage 
  • A valid category B driver’s license and willingness to occasionally travel within the region 
  • A proactive approach, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and strong communication abilities
