We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. You will become a part of our Controlling Team. In this role, you will support Photon Energy Group by delivering timely and accurate financial information and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Controlling Team in delivering regular, timely, and accurate financial information and analysis
• Preparing monthly consolidated management accounts, reports, and variance analysis for management
• Collaborating on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning with stakeholders
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis, project controlling, and customer profitability assessments for all business lines
• Providing comprehensive support to all business lines in performance management and forecasting of income, operational, and indirect costs
• Actively participating in the improvement and development of internal systems, processes and controls
• Daily cooperation with the head of the department and with colleagues from other departments

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or controlling
• Advanced English (verbal and written) and professional level of Czech language
• Very strong MS Excel skills and SQL basics
• Good analytical skills and strong numerical awareness
• Confident communicator and motivated team player
• Ability to work independently and proactively
