We provide complex services in the field of fluid systems in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Our goal is to meet the highest demands for performance, safety and reliability in the most demanding fluid power applications.

Our portfolio includes Swagelok products, technical training, engineering services such as Custom Solutions, on-site services and Field Engineering. All this with local support from our technical engineers who are available in every region of Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

Due to the planned significant growth this year, we are looking for an experienced Accountants to join our Finance team in Prague office.

Responsibilities:

  • Posting accounting operations within company financial accounting (making accounting entries in the books of account) in accordance with applicable legislation and company directives
  • Processing of accounting documents, checking the formal and factual accuracy of accounting documents
  • Preparation of documents for an accounting firm and cooperation with external accountant
  • Records of tangible and intangible fixed assets and inventories
  • Processing and posting of received invoices
  • Ensuring company invoicing
  • Regular check of account balances
  • Cooperation on monthly financial statements and annual financial statements, preparation of statutory financial statements, internal reporting, statistics
  • Cooperation in processing inventory of assets and liabilities
  • Cooperation in preparation of documents for auditors, banks and other stakeholders
  • Preparing bank orders for approved documents in the accounting system and uploads them to the banking application, performs the first approval of payments in the banking systems
  • Downloading and posts bank statements
  • Responsibility for managing the company petty cash and posting cash documents


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in independent Accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT and income taxes and other legal requirements and financial operations
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Trustworthiness, and toughness
  • Intercultural awareness
  • Ability to build and establish a good working relationship with all the stakeholders
  • Willingness to achieve continuous improvements and optimization. Being innovative.
  • Ability to operate both individually, as well as in team
  • Strong attention to detail and emphasis on diligence, accuracy and systematicity
  • Good time management between multiple priorities, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Stress resistant – ability to perform under pressure, assertive and result oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, Teams, PowerPoint
  • Fluent in spoken and written English language
