We are successful international manufacturing company with a progressive production program. We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer for industrial pumps to support our growing operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.

This position will act as a key link between Production, Quality and Purchasing departments.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation and maintenance of production documentation, Bills of Materials (BOM) in cooperation with the design department
• Modify technical documentation in CAD and participate in change management activities
• Define production times, material flows, and production layouts
• Plan machinery and equipment required for production
• Manage and update technological data in the ERP system
• Cooperate with TACO US and the quality department on control plans
• Coordinate production transfers between manufacturing sites
• Make adjustments and perform product testing (internal and customer tests)
• Manage the product life cycle and support the supply chain
• Optimize and improve production processes focusing on productivity, quality, and safety

Your Profile

• University degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, etc.)
• Experience in a manufacturing company – ideally in custom or project-based production
• Good command of English (minimum level B2)
• Experience with ERP systems and proficient in MS Office
• Basic knowledge of CAD systems
• Analytical thinking, proactive approach, and ability to work in a team
