We are looking for skilled colleague to our Ostrava team who should be primarily the go-to specialist for SAP DMS.

Your tasks

• daily operation and maintenance of the platform for the Electronic Document Management and connected interfaces.
• support systems, updates, problem analysis, ensuring the required quality level including keeping and creation of related documentation.
• administration of relevant tasks as 1 and 2 level global user support (work withing ticketing system).
• communication and keeping relationship with third-party suppliers and internal customers.

Your profile

• proven experience with SAP DMS or with one of the following SAP modules FI, MM, SD, CO, QM and willigness to learn and work DMS modul
• experience with documents scanning and digitalization processes (machine learning, OCR) and relevant document systems would be nice to have
• ABAP – ability to analyze and solve issues
• analytical way of thinking
• strong understanding and process orientation
• English at a communicative level (daily use, global support)
