We’re looking for a dedicated IT Specialist to join our IT team and take charge of our SAP material flow system, ensuring smooth operations and driving digital efficiency across our production and logistics processes.

Your tasks

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical support, and optimization of SAP systems that manage material flow. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems meet operational needs and support our high standards of quality and performance.

• System Maintenance & Support: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP modules related to material flow (e.g., SAP MM, WM, EWM).
• Process Optimization: Analyze and improve system-supported logistics and production processes.
• Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between SAP and other systems
• Project Participation: Support IT projects including upgrades, rollouts, and new implementations.
• User Support & Training: Provide technical assistance to users, create documentation, and deliver training sessions.
• Collaboration: Work with logistics and global IT teams to align system functionality with business needs.

Your profile

We’re seeking someone with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in SAP systems:

• Solid knowledge of SAP MM, WM modules. Knowledge of EWM is an advantage.
• Understanding of material flow processes in a manufacturing or logistics environment preferably in an automotive company
• Experience with system integration and data flow between SAP and external platforms
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and structured problem-solving
• Ability to read and comprehend ABAP code
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Ability to document processes and train users effectively
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Fluent English – both spoken and written
