STARLUX Airlines is a new, full-service airline from Taiwan with big ambitions to expand globally. We are currently looking for HR and Administration (Senior) Specialists to join us on this exciting journey.

How You'll Contribute

  1. Employee Lifecycle and Payroll Management - Support employee onboarding, orientation, and separation activities in compliance with local employment regulations and internal policies. Ensure a seamless and accurate payroll process with statutory deductions and tax calculation in accordance with local laws.
  2. Human Resources Benefits and Budget Administration - Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and local regulations. Develop, monitor, and manage HR-related budgets and office expenditures, providing cost control and financial reporting to support efficient resource utilization.
  3. Financial Operations and Reporting - Plan, authorize, and execute payments to ensure business continuity; monitor bank balances, control budget usage, and analyze annual budgets and expenditures. Handle bookkeeping, monthly and annual closings, coordinate with external accounting firms, and ensure timely tax declarations in collaboration with Bookkeeping companies.
  4. Office Administration Support - Responsible for assisting with all administrative and office setup tasks during the initial phase, including coordinating renovation schedules with contractors, monitoring project progress, and handling office furniture and stationery procurement. In the later phase, responsible for maintaining office supplies, stationery and consumables, and supporting daily office administrative operations.
  5. Assist with office management, HR & administration duties as assigned.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  2. Basic understanding of Czech Republic labor laws.
  3. Possess the legal right to work in the Czech Republic.

Optional Advantages

  1. Familiarity with Czech Republic local tax regulations.
  2. Knowledge in accounting processes, principles, and financial reporting.
  3. Valid Driving license is a plus.

How You Communicate

  1. Good command of Czech.
  2. Proficient in English.
  3. Familiar with Chinese is preferred.

Education

  • High school diploma or above.

Work Experience

  • Whether you're a fresh graduate eager to start a career in HR or have at least 2 years' experience in human resources, finance or accounting related fields, we'd love to hear from you!
