As a Specialist - Recruitment Administration you will join the team of one of AMS renowned Clients to support the offer- and onboarding-related tasks to help the finalisation of the recruitment process running smoothly. Your tasks will include providing excellent candidate care activities, collecting candidates’ documents, and offers creation. You will also be building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties.

Your role will also involve active participation in process improvement activities, process governance and control, workload distribution, as well as acting as a point of expertise for complex queries and escalations, and completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

Please note this is a hybrid position in Pilsen, Czechia (3 days/week)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Administering day-to-day tasks including offer preparation, document verification, initiation of background screening, pre-hire Medical Check-up, Immigration and relocation support
  • Ensuring a great onboarding experience for new hires and Hiring Managers with effective communication, engagement leading to a seamless day 1
  • Coordinating, communicating and following-up with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth processes throughout onboarding of the employee
  • Working with client’s systems and technologies, and ensuring they are being used effectively, in line with expectations
  • Supporting Data Integrity initiatives in all dedicated Systems
  • Updating, maintaining appropriate documentation, standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Ensuring all new hire compliance requirements, onboarding paperwork is complete and properly document evidence of compliance requirements are met for future audits.

You’ll need to demonstrate:

  • Fluency in English and Czech
  • Background in recruitment administration or HR, ideally with experience in supporting onboarding or candidate care activities
  • Excellent communication skills, including telephone and e-mail communication
  • Strong stakeholders’ management skills, ideally in working in a client-facing position
  • Strong computer literacy, ability to work with various technologies and systems
  • Passion about the candidate experience along with building strong, positive relationships with the client
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive approach is a must
