In Product, we design services that shape the future of home delivery in Central Europe. Right now, we’re building a brand-new Home Delivery experience - from depot to doorstep. We’re a small, impact-driven team combining logistics, tech, and customer insight.

We are looking for someone with solid Home Delivery experience who will play a key role in defining core operational processes - both from the customer and internal operations perspective.

????Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a sharp-minded, impact-driven Product Manager who’s passionate about shaping the future of Home Delivery.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You bring hands-on experience with end-to-end home delivery logistics — from sorting centers and depots to last-mile delivery.
• You know how to map, analyze, and optimize operational and product processes using the right tools.
• You’ve worked with P&L ownership — you understand financial metrics, cost structures, and how to drive profitability.
• You see the bigger picture of home delivery and know how to drive adoption among merchants.
• You’re skilled at translating customer and business needs into smart, scalable product solutions.
• You have experience with IT project management and communicating effectively with development teams.
• You’re comfortable navigating complexity and turning it into simple, functional solutions.
• You think both strategically and executionally — setting direction and making sure it gets done.
• You lead through influence — motivating teams, aligning stakeholders, and driving initiatives forward.
• You’re data-driven — decisions backed by insights and measurable impact are your standard.
• You communicate clearly (in Czech and English) and know how to build alignment across diverse teams.
• You’re proactive, accountable, and independent — you own your agenda and constantly look for ways to improve.

????️What will you be responsible for?

Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end product ownership: You’ll lead the full lifecycle of the Home Delivery service — from depot operations and last-mile logistics to customer and merchant-facing features.
• Strategy creation: You’ll define the long-term roadmap and positioning of Home Delivery as a key service of Packeta.
• Product discovery & delivery: You’ll validate ideas, lead development, and scale solutions that make a real difference.
• Process optimization: You’ll collaborate with operations to optimize E2E processes — aiming for lean, efficient, and error-free delivery.
• Success metrics: You’ll set KPIs and measure impact — delivery quality, efficiency, NPS, merchant adoption, driver “ergonomy” etc.
• P&L responsibility: You’ll monitor performance, unit costs and profitability — constantly seeking ways to improve.
• IT project management: You’ll work closely with development teams to prioritize and deliver features that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You’ll connect the dots across BI, marketing, customer support, sales, and other teams — aligning priorities and driving results.
