Do you speak Japanese and English and want to build a long-term career in an international company?We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Analyst to join our friendly team in Pardubice or Prague.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support monthly accounting closure, cost accounting, and inventory control

• Communicate daily with our HQ in Japan (Japanese proficiency is essential!)

• Grow into FP&A tasks: budgeting, variance analysis, profitability modeling

• Cooperate with colleagues locally and internationally

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency

• English: C1 or higher

• Czech: Preferred for local communication

• Nissho Bookkeeping Test Level 2 () mandatory

• Willingness to build expertise in accounting and FP&A; experience in finance/accounting is an advantage

• Good Excel and data-handling skills

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Full time - flexible working hours (core time 10:00–15:00)
