We’re looking for someone who can manage inventory smartly, datadriven, and with a mindset for expansion.
What you’ll do:
Manage and optimize the entire supply chain - from inventory planning to dispatch
Set up and improve processes around forecasting, stock rotation, availability, and cash flow
Coordinate warehouse operations in collaboration with logistics, marketing, B2B, and product teams
Oversee multiwarehouse management across CZ, EU, UK, USA, and Asia
Negotiate with suppliers and manage their performance
Lead a team and drive datadriven decisionmaking
Bring new ideas to increase stock turnover and reduce inventory without losing availability
Who we’re looking for:
Experienced professional from FMCG / retail / ecommerce, ideally with a background in food
Understands inventory management, forecasting, cash flow, and supplychain cost control
Has experience in leading people and building scalable processes
Fluent in English for daily communication (B2-C1)
Analytical, structured, and pragmatic mindset
Thinks in connections: profitability - stock - availability - growth
Shares our passion for healthy lifestyle and cleanlabel products
