We’re looking for a Brand Manager UK who will lead the growth and localization of Vilgain across the British market - from strategy to execution. Someone who understands how to build brand, engage communities and turn awareness into lasting loyalty.
What you’ll do
Lead the development and execution of Vilgain’s brand strategy in the UK.
Strengthen awareness, build a loyal customer community, and translate Vilgain’s DNA into a local context.
Plan and run campaigns across channels - online and offline, influencer collaborations, social media, performance, and content.
Work closely with our HQ teams in Brno and Prague across performance, creative, ecommerce, and product marketing.
Monitor trends, track competitors, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Own campaign budgets, results, and reporting - from insight to impact.
What you bring
3-5+ years of experience in brand or marketing management, ideally in FMCG, D2C, or ecommerce.
Deep understanding of the UK market - its customers, channels, and cultural nuances.
Strategic mindset with a handson approach - you can both shape a vision and make it happen.
Strong analytical skills - you understand KPIs, read data, and use insights to drive performance.
Creative storytelling ability - you know how to make a brand resonate through influencers, UGC, and social media.
Fluent or nativelevel English (C1+); another European language is a plus.
