Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid work arrangement)

Why This Role Matters

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of Goodyear for our customers and partners. You’ll ensure smooth order processing, accurate data management, and a high standard of service that strengthens relationships and drives customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate with customers and partners via phone and email to resolve inquiries and issues
  • Process and track orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage and analyze customer data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Oversee the complaint and return process to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Logistics) to improve processes and systems
  • Test and support enhancements to our SAP and online platforms

What You’ll Bring

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent Hugarian
  • Czech and/or Slovak & English on at least intermediate level
  • High school diploma or higher education
  • MS Office working knowledge (especially Excel and Outlook)

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (we are open to teaching SAP)
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, positive approach
