In the Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience department, we transform product ideas into fully-fledged business models – whether for physical products or digital services. Through research, prototyping, and UX/UI design, we enable rapid market launches and support the transformation of the automotive industry.

Your Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize user-centered interactions across all touchpoints.
Translate data-driven insights into transformative design concepts that solve both business and user challenges.
Develop personas and user journeys following the Lean Startup principle “The most viable solution.”
Coach colleagues on UX design patterns, responsive design, and web development basics.
Create wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes, as well as high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for usability testing.
Stay up to date with AutoTech trends, best practices, accessibility standards, and Human Interface Guidelines.

Your Profile

Degree or certification in UX/UI Design or a comparable qualification (career changers welcome).
Several years of experience in consulting and designing user experiences.
Strong expertise in Figma, usability testing, and design systems.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM) or agile project management.
Excellent English and Czech language skills (German is a plus).
A hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
