We’re looking for a skilled and reliable finance professional to take ownership of rebate processes across our European entities at TP Vision.

What the role is about:

As our Controller Contractual Rebates, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of sales-related accruals within our Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Prague. You’ll collaborate closely with our Business Controller and contribute to our financial accuracy and process reliability.

You will be supporting the portfolio of DACH, CZ, SK, Benelux, and Poland.

What you will do:

• Reconcile GL accounts related to sales accruals
• Prepare monthly reports for sales accruals
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies
• Maintain master data for sales-related accruals in SAP
• Prepare credit notes for rebates (calculations, requests, documentation)
• Support audits by providing data, explanations, and documentation

What do you need to succeed?

✅ Must-have requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field OR 3+ years of experience in a complex finance role
• Min. 2 years in a similar role and/or 3–4 years in GL accounting/controlling with P&L exposure
• Strong Excel skills and solid MS Office proficiency
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Proactive, reliable, and resilient approach

• Experience with SAP
• Proficiency in the German language
