Small, successfull and dynamic development company with specialization on high-end luxury living projects searches for very capable, smart, highly organised personal asistant for it´s CEO.

Do you have an interest and ideally an experience in real estate and you would like to get to know more about the project phases, processes and functioning of a development in Prague while managing prefessional as well as personal calendar of the CEO?

Are you effective, very organised, decisive, responsible and assertive/confident in a good way? Do you have perfect interpersonal skills?

Would you like to be part of smal ambitious team and the right hand to a dynamic, strong character as this CEO is?

Then check If you have these qualities and experience and apply -

• great presentation and communiction skills (Czech and English!)
• ability to state your own opinion, negotiate
• quick decision making, ability to take responsibility
• diligence and effectivity
• ideally experience in real estate sector or other where dealing with scheduling, administration, office management, sales etc.
• managing a calendar of CEO, Manager (work meetings as well as family travels)
• helping out to the teams/other team members when it is needed project-wise (sales, marketing, project management)
• tech skills (great Excel etc.) and knowledge of AI, inovative and proactive approach
• orientation in administration (contracts, invoices..)

1. 75% of work related to supporting CEO
2. 25% of support to back office and other team members
