Role Mission
As our Product Marketing Manager, your mission is to be the strategic force that translates our technical solutions into compelling business propositions. You'll work across marketing, sales, and delivery to find the unique story and key arguments for our products and services.

Job description
- Create and refine our core business propositions. You'll be responsible for developing compelling stories and sales arguments for our product and service offerings. This includes identifying key selling points and competitive differentiators.
- Support top management, sales, and delivery teams. You'll collaborate with various units to develop tailored, easy-to-understand proposals for clients, ensuring they are specifically designed for their target audiences.
- Bridge the gap between business, technology, and marketing. You will translate complex technical information into clear, value-driven business benefits for our clients.
- Develop various types of proposals. You will craft various types of proposals, ranging from high-level, business-focused presentations for board members to detailed, technical offers where pricing and differentiation are key.
- Demonstrate value. You'll help articulate the value of our solutions by defining and showcasing key metrics like ROI, time savings, and overall business impact.
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities. Based on your understanding of the market and client needs, you will help us find connections and develop additional services that set us apart.
- Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) to streamline your work and improve efficiency.
Required qualifications
- A strong business acumen. You understand business needs and can translate technical solutions into business value. You should be able to approach problems from a strategic, consultative perspective.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills. You know how to craft a compelling narrative and convey clear, impactful messaging tailored to various audiences.
- Autonomy and strategic thinking. You are highly independent, a self-starter, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Experience in a similar role (e.g., Product Marketing, Product Management, or Business Development).
- Comfortable with deadlines and fast-paced environments. This position involves managing multiple priorities and working under pressure when needed.
- Language skills: Czech and English
- General knowledge of technology solutions + passion for technology is highly welcomed.
